Character with Byte Sequence <unicode sequence> in Encoding "UTF8" has No Equivalent in Encoding "WIN1252"

Symptoms

During the export of data from PostgreSQL database the ERROR: character with byte sequence 0xe2 0x89 0xa4 in encoding “UTF8” has no equivalent in encoding “WIN1252” appears.

Cause

PostgreSQL ODBC DSN is not properly tuned on your PC.

Solution

Create PostgreSQL ODBC connect with PostgreSQL Unicode driver:
