Windows: System Requirements
If you use Ispirer Assessment Toolkit to collect statistical information about a database or application, it does not need to be installed on the same computer as the source database. Ispirer Assessment Toolkit can be installed on any computer that meets the software and hardware requirements and has an appropriate network connection to the location of databases or files that will be analyzed, if the toolkit is installed on another computer.

Also make sure you have administrator rights to install Ispirer Assessment Toolkit on Windows OS.
To collect statistical information about a database or application using Ispirer Assessment Toolkit the following items are required:
- Database client software.
- ODBC-driver (only for connection to the source database).
