How to Run the Conversion in Trace Mode
There is a possibility to run the conversion in “Trace Mode” in the Ispirer SQLWays Wizard tool. To enable “Trace Mode” conversion just check the option “Run in Trace Mode” on the “Specify Export Options” page, the way it is done on the screenshot:
When running the conversion in trace mode, our tool generates commented SQL source code of the objects in sql files. Thus you will be able to see the source code and how it has been converted by SQLWays Wizard tool in one file.
Also SQLWays Wizard generates trace file, called “sqlways.trc”. This file stores detailed information about the conversion process. Usually Ispirer Support team ask for this file to be able to identify and analyze some difficult cases. It helps to identify and implement possible issues in a short period of time.
